Core Drilling
One of the most cost effective and efficient ways to create openings for various projects is core drilling. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment in order to safely drill holes for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sprinkler systems, and much more. Our experienced team is able to drill inside, outside, above and below ground, upside down, as well as under water.
Slab Sawing
Slab sawing allows for the cleanest, quietest, and most efficient way to cut concrete. This type of sawing involves a diamond blade that is mounted on a powerful, self-propelled, walk-behind saw. Our electric and hydraulic saws allow us to work indoors with zero harmful fumes.

Common applications include:
-
Sawing highways, airports, bridges, streets, sidewalks, driveways
-
Trenching for electrical and plumbing installation
-
Cutting suspended openings for staircases, elevators, and ductwork
-
Cutting expansion and control joints (indoors or outdoors)
-
Removing damaged pavement, cleaning and repairing cracks
Wall Sawing
Wall sawing does the most demanding jobs more efficiently. For precise cuts on vertical or horizontal surfaces, wall sawing is very effective. We utilize track-mounted wall saws that are capable of making openings for doors, windows, HVAC, and more. Safety is a high priority, which is why our wall saws can be operated manually or via remote control. Our team of operators are able to cut openings at any angle, create any size opening, and always produce a smooth finish.
Hand Sawing
Handsaws are a reliable electric/hydraulic power cutter. They are portable, light weight, and small enough to fit hard-to-reach places. Hand sawing provides speed and accessibility. Handsaws can be easily moved around the job site. They are able to create openings in a variety of materials, including concrete slabs, brick, concrete pipes, manholes, and a variety of other concrete structures.
Chain Sawing
Chainsaws allow you to create openings in masonry and/or concrete structures quickly and easily. We are able to make cuts through concrete structures, eliminate over-cuts, and finish off with perfectly square corners. With our experience and top-of-the-line tools, we are able to work in tight areas otherwise inaccessible. Chain sawing services are available for electrical needs, plumbing, HVAC openings, and many other projects.
Wire Sawing
Wire saws are braided wire cable that has been embedded with diamonds- this reinforced diamond feature allows for the cutting of very complex structures. Wire saws can cut through both steel and heavily reinforced concrete- producing a perfectly clean cut every time. Wire sawing is ideal for larger concrete structures, as well as thick surfaces that need to be cut. This technique is typically used when space is limited and timelines must be met. Perfect for nuclear power plants, bridges, boating piers, bridges, and other vibration and shock-sensitive areas.
Brokk Demolition
Brokk demolition is a technique that is able to dig, break, crush, and effectively remove extremely large areas of concrete and debris. These machines are able to be powered by generators and also connected via wiring on the job site- allowing for use within hospitals, work buildings, and other enclosed areas where emission-free equipment is needed. These electric, compact demolition machines are offered in a variety of sizes, allowing for use on many different job sites. Capabilities include:
-
Pig digging and trenching up to 12 feet
-
Demolition of walls up to 20 feet high- crane techniques available for greater heights
-
Concrete crushing
-
Digging interior trenches
-
Much more!
Curb Sawing
Curb sawing is used to avoid curb excavation by cutting curbs/parapet walls flush to the surface of the road. Curb saws can be adjusted in order to various blade heights and angles- making it perfect for a variety of jobs. Our equipment is able to handle the toughest of jobs, from roads to bridge-widening projects. For improved production, we utilize high-horsepower, hydraulic equipment.
Grooving and Grinding
Grooving and grinding services are able to cut shallow channels on large, flat areas- including asphalt, concrete, and other materials. Grooves may be implemented to improve drainage, traction, and other surface qualities. This service can greatly reduce the amount of accidents resulting from surface quality.
